Refunds:

Each order is thoroughly checked by the potpaint dispatch team prior to being sent out, however if you receive a damaged kit or any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can get onto it straight away. We are unable to accept or process any claims lodged after this duration. In the case of a missing item(s) such as a paint tube or paintbrush we will dispatch the item with express delivery.

Please include the full name the order was placed under, the order number, and the reason for your request. In your email include a description and photos of any damaged items.

We will review your request and if approved we will send you a return authorisation and instructions to get you a replacement ASAP! If you prefer, we will process a full refund instead of a replacement; note the item will need to be returned, if the kit is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fee.

All items must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging within 7 days after the claim is approved.

Returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the return and it has been inspected. The time it takes for funds to reflect in your account is determined by your banking institution. You will be notified via email once your return has been fully processed by potpaint.

We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases.

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Please note our pots are hand glazed and as such there may be some minor imperfections in the glaze.
